Step 1:  Submit your application

• New Users: Create a USask account and complete setup via the confirmation email.
• Returning Users: Log in to begin your application.
• During the application process, applicants will be asked to enter the following information at the top of the application:
  • Course: ENGC 01B
  • Section: 002

Application Deadline: March 17, 2026 11:59 PM CST
 
Step 2:  Pay the application fee

Submit the non-refundable $100 application fee during the application online form by March 17, 2026, at 11:59 pm CST. Late applications will not be accepted.
 
Step 3:  Optional training course

OPTIONAL: For those who are interested in expanding their knowledge, after submitting your application and fee, you’ll receive an enrollment key for an optional IAEA preliminary course , a self-paced  course covering nuclear energy fundamentals. 

Step 4:  Notification of acceptance

Selection criteria

• Applicants will be assessed on their professional background, educational qualifications, motivation for attending the Canadian Executive NEMS and overall knowledge of the nuclear energy field.
• Considerations for EDI and geographical diversity.

Notification of acceptance
 Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by April 1, 2026.
