Familiy Portal - How to Create and Account and Register


Below are instructions to help you with creating a Family Account and registering for camps: 

There are two ways a Family Account can be created: before adding camps to your shopping cart or after adding camps to your shopping cart.  

Method 1: Before Adding Offering to Shop Cart 

  1. Go to extendedlearning.usask.ca and click on the “Login” link. 

  1. Click on “Family Portal Login.” 

  1. Fill out the field in the “Create a New Family Account” form and click “Create Account.” 

  1. Enter phone number and address and click “Continue.” 

  1. Click “Add a Member,” and then “Add a Family Member.” 

  1. Fill in the required profile information for your family member and click “Save.” 

  1. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all family members you wish to register in camps. 

  1. You will be emailed a link to set your account password. You may choose to do so at this time or after you have completed registration. 

  1. Click on “Courses” in the website header. 

  1. Scroll down to “Kid’s Camps” and click the plus sign. 

  1. Click on the camp you wish to enroll in. Add a section to your cart. Repeat for all camps you wish to register in. 

  1. Click on your shopping cart and click on “add members” to add one or more family members to each camp offering you are purchasing. 

  1. Continue with checkout, answering all required questions before proceeding to payment. 

Method 2: After Adding Offering to Shop Cart 

  1. Add camp offering to shopping cart. 

  1. You will be prompted to choose Individual or Family Checkout. Click “Family Checkout.” 

  1. Fill out the field in the “Create a New Family Account” form and click “Create Account.” 

  1. Enter phone number and address and click “Continue.” 

  1. Click “Add a Member,” and then “Add a Family Member.” 

  1. Fill in the required profile information for your family member and click “Save.” 

  1. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all family members you wish to register in camps. 

  1. You will be emailed a link to set your account password. You may choose to do so at this time or after you have completed registration. 

  1. If you wish to enroll in more camps, click on “Courses” in the website header and scroll down to “Kid’s Camps” and click the plus sign. Click on the camp you wish to enroll in. Add a section to your cart. Repeat for all camps you wish to register in. 

  1. Click on your shopping cart and click on “add members” to add one or more family members to each camp offering you are purchasing. 

  1. Continue with checkout, answering all required questions before proceeding to payment.
