Cancellaltion Policy: 

Cancellations for a Monthly Series must be received in writing before the 2nd of each month and will be subject to a $12.00 + GST administration fee.

Refunds will not be considered on or after these dates. The Division of Continuing Medical Education, University of Saskatchewan, reserves the right to cancel or postpone a conference due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond its control. This conference may be cancelled prior to the session date. Each registrant will be notified with a full refund following the decision. Continuing Medical Education cannot accept registration substitutions.
