Course Description

Jump start your projects. Map out your project's course and your destiny.

As the program title indicates, participants will learn the fundamentals of project management. Participants will be able to use these concepts the very next day on their projects, giving an edge over competition.

The Fundamentals of Project Management is a hands-on, workshop-based, interactive program. It includes small group exercises, large group discussions, and instructor facilitation. Participants will be able to practice what they learn on a case study project.

This program utilizes many of the templates found in IPDI Project Management Template Library. After completion, participants will have free access to the Templates to use on their own projects.
