Description

The course is designed to help graduate students develop their academic writing skills, practice writing research proposals, and research papers, in addition to enhancing academic writing style, formal vocabulary, and mechanics while revising portfolio assignment.

Note: This course is for University of Saskatchewan grad students only.

Learner Outcomes

By the end of the course, students will be able to:

  • Write a research paper with its components (introduction, literature review, procedures, methods, finding, discussion, data commentary)
  • Write different sentence patterns.
  • Paraphrase, summarize, cite, and reference in and outside academic texts.

Avoid academic plagiarism

Students must have access to:

  • Computer with a camera
  • Microphone
  • Headphones

  Full course registration includes:
