Course Description

Plant disorders are caused by non-living factors that interfere with plant health. Disorders are more common than most people may think and are often the underlying cause of plant disease and insect problems. Climate change is one of many factors that can cause disorders. Students will learn about the spectrum of causes of plant disorders, how disorders implant plants and will gain insights into how to garden more sustainable.

This course is required for the completion of the Master Gardener Certificate.

Prerequisites
