Cancellation Policy - Cancellation must be received within 14 days of registration and will be subject to a $50.00 + tax administration fee.  The Division of Continuing Medical Education, University of Saskatchewan, reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond its control. This course may be cancelled prior to the session date.  Each registrant will be notified, with a full refund following the decision. Continuing Medical Education cannot accept registration substitutions.
